Yoga by Shen provides yoga and Pilates classes to help people in Woking to relax the mind, body and soul.
Shen believes in empowering her class with education about the benefits of each pose (asana) which are linked together in a flow called Vinyasa. Principles are taken from Ashtanga, Iyengar and Hatha yoga to give a gentle but dynamic style linking each breath to control each movement.
Pilates exercises are used to correct, realign and strengthen the core, which in turn safeguards the spine.
At the end you will leave feeling amazingly relaxed and energized at the same time!
